Responsibilities
- Enhance business systems by providing accurate information about business needs and priorities.
- Use process and data modelling techniques to develop and manage system software.
- Utilize IT resources to create IT solutions effective in meeting the requirements of customers.
- Drive the design, documentation and development of business requirements and functional specifications using context diagram and process models.
- Elicit and document user requirements using various techniques which include but not limited to interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
- Define and document the Project Objectives, Scope, Assumptions, Risks and Mitigation & maintain a comprehensive project documentation that is reusable.
Key Skills and Experience
- Relevant experience in a similar role and/or experience in Information Technology.
- Demonstrated currency of knowledge in agile software development life cycle delivery.
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated experience in developing business requirements from abstract briefs and preparing functional specifications for complex or large information systems.
- Excellent time management, planning skills and strong verbal, spoken and written communication skills.
- Exposure to Enterprise server systems – Java/Linux/Oracle/SQL DBMS.
